AIR SEEDER (USEED)

APPLICATION: The U-Seeder is specifically designed for use in Pneumatic Conveying Systems such as air seeders. It’s primary application is for transfer of dry abrasive materials such as seeds, grains, pellets, chips, sands, and powders, when static is not of concern. Other applications include: Industrial Vacuum lines, bark blowing, and the collection of lawn, mulch, and straw.

The polyurethane liner offers excellent resistance to internal abrasion. A smooth bore design helps prevent material build up. Clear wall construction allows visual confirmation of material flow. A corrugated outer surface increases flexibility and reduces drag. The specially compounded PVC allows the hose to remain flexible at sub zero temperatures.

COVER: Clear soft PVC wall with a corrugated outer surface.

REINFORCEMENT: Red or black rigid PVC helix.

TUBE: Smooth inner surface with a clear abrasion resistant polyurethane liner.

TEMPERATURE: -25C to 60C (-13F to 140F)
